Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Clear Lines ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is suitable for users of all ages.
Description of Service
Clear Lines is a mobile puzzle game where players move colored balls on a grid to form lines and score points. The App operates entirely offline on your device.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its name "Clear Lines", design, graphics, code, and all related content, is the intellectual property of Aleksandr Belikov and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
